Sometimes they are stumbled upon, while other times they are consciously sought. These experiences of curiosity and nurturing, opening awareness and dedicated resilience, help us to grow and evolve into a state of full potential. We are inviting each other to celebrate these stories of coming into bloom.

The 4th Annual Engineering Art Show at the University of Alberta, Bloom, builds upon this theme: like stories, artistic expression evolves through a process of connecting, layering and growth. As individuals, engagement with our senses and willingness to seek fresh perspectives transform our interactions with others, intertwining with the communal story of growth to create vibrant bursts of innovative possibilities. The careful cultivation of these blooms, in all their forms, results in a diverse community that holds the space for these stores and invites expressions.
